10 Complaints From HR...Signs That You Need to be on a Mountain

You are sitting at or in your office/cube/desk and it begins.
  • Sweat beads on your forehead
  • You have problems breathing indoor air
  • Your body cramps up from sitting still for too long.  
Below are some examples of "coaching" complaints from your HR manager that are common and a clear indicator that it's time to grab your gear and head to the mountain:

These are all clear dangerous signs that are easy to detect, even to an untrained professional.  If you find yourself in this situation, it is best to grab your back head to the trailhead.
